/update: closing this while I monitor fully wiped and reloaded both QB instances found this error on Bill's: The backing-file for the real-time session "WinDiag-Realtime-Session" has reached its maximum size. No helpful references found on web. cleared event logs on both systems and then found Denise's NIC powering down unexpectedly tho sleep is fully disabled. disabled power-down options in device mgr->nic /update Bill's QB client is reported to be frequently crashing. Denise's QB client hangs on running a certain report. For Denise: Get more details of the failing report. For both, do after hours evaluation. Insure QB and Windows is update. Do fill wipe/reload of QB if no likely cause is discovered.
